| Welcome to Christian Community Schools! We want to make the application process simple and easy. Therefore, we have made it possible for you to download and print all the needed forms for your child. Please click on the link in the left tool bar that you wish to download and then print the document. In addition to the application, several other forms must be returned to the school office before the application process is complete.
After all forms are submitted to the school office, the family will be contacted to schedule an appointment for student testing. The students testing for K-5 – 12th grades for the 2011-2012 academic year will be contacted to schedule an appointment. Applicants will be notified in writing of their acceptance within ten business days. The supply fee must be sent to the school office by June 30th. The first tuition payment for the upcoming academic year must be paid by July 30. (Refer to payment schedule.) Payments are due by the 30th of each month. A $50.00 late charge shall be added if not received by this date. Financial Aid: Limited financial aid is available based on need, financial responsibility and student qualifications. Financial Aid applications from SMART Inc. may be obtained from the school office. This application will be mailed by the parent to SMART Inc. along with a $24.00 processing fee. After reviewing this information, SMART Inc. will send the Scholarship Committee a summary of affordable tuition by the applicant. The Scholarship Committee will make a final decision based upon the information given to them by SMART Inc. There is a minimum of a 60 day “turn-around” time by the time the application is in the mail, and a summary is sent to the school It is the policy of Christian Community Schools that all students entering K-5 and first grade must be 5 and 6 respectively on or before September 30 of the year they plan to attend. CCS welcomes students of any race, color, nationality, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate in the administration of its educational and admissions policies, financial aid program, athletic program or other school programs. However, as a Christian school, we seek primarily to serve those students whose parents want a Christian education for their child. |

The fee does not include extra charges a student may incur during the year such as field trips, yearbooks, or dual enrollment classes.) ACSI Accreditation Fee $25.00 per child Due June 30th to CCS SMART Fee (non refundable) $43.00 per family Due July 30th to SMART Tuition Insurance $144.00 per child Due July 30th to CCS Tuition Schedule Annual 7/30/12 – 4/30/13 K-5 – 12th Grades $4,950.00 $495.00/month Church at Grace Park Member $4,800.00 $480.00/month Prompt payment of tuition and fees is essential to the operation of our school. Tuition is due on the 30th of each month. If not paid, SMART Inc. will assess a $50 late fee for every month. In the event of withdrawal, parents are financially obligated for the entire year unless they have tuition insurance, at which time they are only responsible for the amount not covered by the insurance. Application fees, re-enrollment fees, supply fees, and tuition are non-refundable. Students that enter once the school year has begun will have their 1st tuition payment prorated for the amount of days they actually attend that month.
