In 2001, Pastor Bob Cook, faithful members of The Church at Grace Park, and generous Christians in the White House area founded Heritage and Hope Elementary and Christian Community High Schools with a handful of students. Then, in 2006, they ventured out to start a Christian preschool. Since then, thousands of parents have trusted CCS to help train their children. For many years, CCS has offered more of the incomparable – more of the unique experiences and enduring memories that will stay with your children for a lifetime. You can be sure your children will be trained to gratefully remember their heritage – and to anticipate their future and eternity with hope.
“As admirers of Lincoln, as heirs and custodians of the broad spiritual tradition he expressed, public school teachers used to undertake not merely to transmit knowledge and skills but also to refine the character and sharpen the judgment of students, to make them deeper people and better citizens, and to do so by using national heroes as models. "Teachers saw moral education as part of their job description.”
